As CEO, Jason’s primary responsibility is the creation, communication and implementation of the organizations vision, mission, and overall direction. Jason focuses on the development of the strategic plan in order to advance the company’s mission and objectives. He oversees the daily operation of the company insuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Jason believes in identifying and developing leaders that are capable of adapting to the ever-changing environment of the global marketplace.
Prior to IMMERGE, Jason served as President and Co-Founder of 2020 Companies. Under Jason’s leadership, the company realized unprecedented growth, generating revenue in excess of $300M in a four year period. This success led to the sale of the company to Golden Gate Capital and JP Capital in early 2008. Jason’s responsibilities included overseeing Sales, Business Development, Recruiting, and Training. Jason helped change the face of the direct sales industry through the negotiation of industry leading contracts with over a dozen Fortune-500 Clients such as Verizon, AT&T, QWEST, and TXU.
Earlier in his career, Jason was Vice President of Encore Marketing Group, where he built a sales force of over three hundred representatives across eight geographic markets. Jason started his management career at XO Communications, and continued on with MCI, where he built the company’s largest region for the Small and Medium Business division in Southern California.
Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Elon University. He and his wife, Lisa, reside in Denver, Colorado with their children Dylan and Emily. Jason enjoys the outdoors by running in the early morning and spending time with his family.COO
As COO of IMMERGE, Jason collaborates with the CEO on all aspects of the company. Jason is integral as he provides recommendations and advice management in making key changes and planning of company-wide issues and business decisions.
Jason believes “There is always a way” and instills this attitude across the organization.
Jason’s primary responsibilities include directing the Company’s Technology, Operations, and Quality Control divisions. Jason’s team will ensure our clients, our people, and our partners have accurate real time knowledge of their business at the click of a button through industry leading talent management and business intelligence systems so that they are able to make the best possible decisions in the most efficient manner.
In his most recent role, Jason was Senior Vice President of Operations & Technology at 2020 Companies, building and overseeing several departments, including Operations, Information Technology, Sales Leads Distribution, Business Intelligence, Facilities, Sales Payroll Creation, and Quality Control. He managed a multi-million dollar operational budget and led the development of software and hardware platforms for streamlining 2020′s operational processes.
Prior to 2020, Jason gained invaluable experience on the sales side in both SMB and Global Carrier sales, followed by stints in pre-sales engineering functions, which continue to provide Jason with an in-depth unique understanding of the needs of sales people.
Jason graduated from Elon University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. The Florida Breast Cancer Foundation is a favorite charity along with those that help to save our ocean. Jason lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife Tish and son Zayden, and enjoys scuba diving and underwater photography.Senior National Consultant
Jordan Landsberg a Senior National Consultant is a key strategist for Immerge providing support and development of the company’s Independent Business Owners. He is primarily responsible for executing IMMERGE’s sales plans, a very important mission to IMMERGE’s overall success.
Prior to joining the IMMERGE team, Jordan was Vice President of Sales for 2020 Companies, where he developed, grew and managed an outside sales organization of 34 managers and 355 sales reps. He spent twelve years assembling talented sales teams for Fortune 100 companies, demonstrating a great passion for excellence that he now brings to work each day with IMMERGE. The sales managers who serve under Jordan’s supervision find inspiration in that passion, and the result is a highly effective and well-motivated sales force. Eddie Sardinha, a valuable Senior National Consultant on the IMMERGE team is primarily responsible for the development of our national sales force through the IMMERGE Independent Business Owner model.
Eddie has proven sales experience in the development and management of one of the largest outsourcing sales organizations in the country. His experience lies in multiple sales channels, including Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Retail. His ability to motivate and inspire is undeniable and his sales teams were consistently a top producers for Fortune 500 companies like AT&T, Quill, Qwest, DirectTV and UPS.
Eddie has a talent for mentoring and developing sales leaders and is passionate about helping others achieve great success in the direct sales business. The combination of success and passion earned him many industry awards as Top Pacesetter, Consistency Manager of the Year, Most Profitable ICL Owner, Million Dollar Club and President’s Club.
Always a go-getter, Eddie had a successful career in professional baseball, where he played, coached and scouted for the Milwaukee Brewers, the Boston Red Sox, and the Montreal Expos organizations.
Eddie earned a Major in Business Administration and a Minor in Management from the University of Carabobo, in Valencia, Venezuela. He enjoys traveling with his family to South America and is fluent in English and Spanish.Senior National Consultant
Michael Brett, a Senior National Sales Consultant brings more than 20 years of experience in the direct sales industry and is a vital resource to IMMERGE’s success.
Michael refined his skills as a sales professional in the early days of telecom deregulation, and was quickly successful Sales Manager with a start-up telecommunications company as sales manager. He also served as President of a sales organization with over 400 highly motivated sales representatives, marketing financial service products in Canada. In 2003 he Co-founded Evolutionary Enterprises and built a sales organization which under his leadership became highly profitable in a very competitive Texas energy market during deregulation. He eventually led the company into multiple telecom and energy contracts with office all around the United States.
Michael has a special talent for developing sales leaders. His vast experience is proven in sales management, channel management, energy deregulation, motivational speaking, sales recruiting and training. IMMERGE benefits greatly from Michael’s contribution to the sales process nationwide.

Chad Chappie, a National Consultant at IMMERGE, brings in over 15 years of experience in the sales and leadership industry.
Before joining IMMERGE, Chad has been the top Director of sales for companies such as 2020 Companies and Just Energy with revenues over $1 Million a week. He still holds the record for the most AT&T U-Verse sales generated in a month in the country. He has built offices all over the country with the most recent having over 300 agents in California.
Chad is passionate about recruiting, developing sales leaders, motivational speaking and changing people’s lives. Chad enjoys traveling, is recently engaged, and resides in Northern California.National Consultant
Nimit Vidyalanka, a National Consultant for IMMERGE, brings passion, knowledge and years of experience to the team. He truly enjoys helping as many people as he can earn financial freedom by providing opportunity to sales leaders around the country. Determined to be the best he aims to have organization reach $250,000 a week in Top Line Revenue and has been a contributing factor to making IMMERGE the 2nd largest direct sales organization in the US.
Nimit spent seven years at Cydcor developing, managing and growing their sales organization and in doing so worked with many Fortune 500 companies in commercial, residential and retail sales. During that time, his clients included BellSouth, AT&T, IMS (an Intuit company), Quill, Qwest, and DTV. He also enjoyed great success in international e-Commerce Sales but preferred to train and develop people personally and hands-on which led to him starting a new company in 2014 and eventually partnering with IMMERGE as an IBO.
Now as a National Consultant, IMMERGE is beyond pleased to have Nimit talents and skill sets working with their IBO partners.

As Senior Vice President of Business Development for IMMERGE, Kristina manages current client relationships as well as seeking new relationships and opportunities. She works to create and maintain successful partnerships for both our internal and external clientele.
Prior to IMMERGE, Kristina was the Vice President of Business Development at Data Exchange where she developed and maintained relationships with some of the largest Utility Companies both domestically and internationally. Prior to Data Exchange she owned and operated Quick Response Outsourcing, a fast growing Third Party Verification company that delivered solutions to their clients that was years ahead of the industry.
She believes a great business is based on successful relationships which has been the basis for her developing strong and loyal relationships both internally and externally.
Kristina and her husband Raul reside in Florida with their 2 children Joshua and Jacob. The family are big sports fans and usually can be found at a baseball field on most weekends.Director Finance
As Director of Finance, Matt manages all areas of accounting, finance, and payroll at IMMERGE. He is responsible for evaluating and implementing financial systems, and implementing financial controls and processes. Matt also ensures IMMERGE follows GAAP and current revenue recognition standards.
Prior to joining IMMERGE, Matt led the accounting and finance teams for several high-growth and venture backed startup companies in Silicon Valley. Most recently, he was VP of Finance for Adara, the world’s largest marketing and insights platform. At Adara, Matt oversaw the accounting for the US parent and multiple international subsidiaries. Prior to that, he was VP of Finance for MyPoints.com, a leading online loyalty marketing company, where he led the accounting, fulfillment, and fraud teams.
Matt received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from San Jose State University. He relocated from San Jose, CA in 2015 and now resides in Parker, CO with his wife and 2 boys.General Counsel
As General Counsel, David is responsible for ensuring the Company’s legal compliance. David oversees the strategic risk management of the organization, manages the particulars of transactions and litigation, and collaborates with, and provides general legal counsel to, senior management.
David brings extensive corporate counsel experience to his position as General Counsel. Prior to IMMERGE, from 2009-2016, David served as General Counsel and Vice President at Highline Capital Corp., IWAPI, Inc. and Mobile Barriers LLC. Earlier, from 2000-2009, David served as senior counsel at General Steel Corp. and practiced law with a large Denver-based firm.
David received his undergraduate degree from Drake University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver School of Law. He and his wife reside in Denver, Colorado with their four children. David enjoys everything the Colorado outdoors has to offer, coaching little league sports, and spending time with his family.VP Finance & Operations
As VP of Finance & Operations for IMMERGE, Andy leads the Operations team as well as Finance/Accounting & HR. His focus is on building and developing a high performing team to make Immerge one of the top places to work in Denver. Providing strategy and structure recommendations to leadership and leading process improvements and quality project management with the team, Andy helps Immerge focus on having a great culture while delivering world class service to our field sales organizations.
Prior to joining IMMERGE, Andy spent over 6 years with Denver Kids, Inc., a local nonprofit, leading various aspects of the business including Finance/Accounting, HR, Training & Strategic Planning. He provided valuable leadership as the organization pursued a bold, aggressive growth plan in an effort to end the dropout crisis in Denver. As a culture champion and someone who is passionate about creating and building high performing teams, Andy helped Denver Kids grow from 17-50 team members while seeing double digit revenue growth each year.
Andy earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management as well as his MBA from Saint Louis University. He lives in Denver with his wife, Jennifer, and 3 boys, James, Henry and Mack.Vice President of Campaign Management
As Vice President of Campaign Management for IMMERGE, Jason will drive and develop new strategies with existing clients and help diversify our global position. He will execute cutting edge business strategies in new emerging segments and indirect sales channels.
Prior to IMMERGE, Jason was the Vice President of National Accounts at Cydcor for 12 years where he was accountable for overall account business strategy, and all client account services tied to driving revenue and growth. He led their largest national team that executed sales, strategy, and performance with their business to business, door to door, mid-market and retail channels. His business team oversaw all the key deliverables and KPIs through sales execution and marketing strategies, ensuring brand/message alignment for their Fortune 500 clients.
Jason Studied Business Administration, Management and Operations at the University of Campbellsville. He and his wife, Tanya, reside in Denver, Colorado with their daughter Alexandra. When Jason is not on the corporate battlefield you can find him pushing the boundaries with fitness. He enjoys freestyle/Greco wrestling and pushing the envelope in strongman competitions.Director of Campaign Management
As Director of Business Development for IMMERGE, Brian develops and executes cutting edge business strategies in emerging segments and indirect sales channels for our current and future clients.
Prior to IMMERGE, Brian was a New Business Director at Cydcor for 7 years where he was accountable for creating national sales campaigns on behalf of new clients that ranged from Fortune 500 to enterprising companies. His objective was to drive client revenue and maximize results by simultaneously assuming the roles and responsibilities of Director of Sales, Operations, Project Manager, and Corporate Trainer to create processes, launch, personally train and support each sales office across the US.
His passion is to create opportunities and develop people to achieve their goals.
Brian studied Business Administration and Management at the University of California, Irvine. He and his wife, Tanya, reside in Long Beach, California with their daughter Teáh. When Brian is not in the field and working the offices, you can find him playing guitar in a band somewhere.Director of Campaign Management
As Director of Campaign Management for IMMERGE, Ashley develops and executes cutting edge business strategies in emerging segments and indirect sales channels for our current and future clients. Ashley will also develop and execute field strategies that will help our organization grow organically. Her focus will be driving a national effort to train new IBO recruiters to help them increase overall headcount goals. She will be a key driver in various campaign related metrics that will increase headcount and drive sales production.
Prior to IMMERGE, Ashley was the Senior National Account Manager at Cydcor for 10 years where she was accountable for creating and driving new national sales campaigns with Fortune 500 clients. Her objective was to drive IBO/client revenue, maximizing results by focusing herself and her team’s efforts on sales, headcount, and quality.
Her passion is to create opportunities and develop people to achieve their goals.
Ashley studied Business Administration at Georgia State University. She and her family currently reside in Houston, TX. When she is not busy driving results you can find her at home enjoying time with her family and close friends.15Technology Architect
As Technology Architect and Application Development Manager, Scott manages all of the internal software development and technical resources for IMMERGE technology. With over 12 years of experience in a wide variety of software development projects Scott brings a wealth of database, application and development knowledge to the IMMERGE team.
Scott’s primary responsibilities include the creation, design and implementation of IMMERGE’s internal software platforms, VIPR and TurfWalker. These cutting edge technologies arm sales managers and their teams with tools that help them to be more efficient. These efforts affect the company’s bottom-line by creating a seamless process for day to day operations and allow teams to focus on selling and hitting their goals. Scott’s every day mission is to reduce the amount of clicks for one to gather data.
Scott is well versed on all phases of the software development cycle and has led projects for the US military, state governments, local municipalities and vast array of business organizations.
Scott earned a B.S. in Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He now resides in Denver, CO with his family and enjoys traveling to the mountains and everything else Colorado has to offer.Operations Manager
Caitlin Knoblenauch is an indispensable part of our operations at IMMERGE. She helped develop IMMERGE’s first online background consent forms, and created reports in PowerPivot. With her forward thinking, she’s also ready to help adapt tablet use in the field for our leads management systems to facilitate the company’s growth.
Caitlin’s goals include continued improvement in leads management tools so that every sales team will have access to and working familiarity with information resources that will encourage increased sales. IMMERGE likes that future vision, and is happy to have Caitlin’s help to make it come true.
Caitlin has earned a degree in Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina. She worked in marketing in Virginia before moving to Vail and now resides in Denver, CO and is a valuable member of the IMMERGE team.National Consultant
As a National Consultant, Wade Timmerson brings over 17 years of experience in sales, sales management and executive leadership to the IMMERGE Team.
Over the past seven years, Wade has seen tremendous success in building direct sales offices across the country. His ability connect with all types of people make him well suited for his chosen career path. He prides himself in developing and growing future leaders in the direct sales industry.
Prior to joining IMMERGE he built and managed a $5M Real Estate Portfolio. He found his passion in direct sales as a Sales Manager for TRG Solutions, where he managed over 40 sales and customer service agents selling Verizon FIOS. Moving onward and upward, Wade founded CJ Grant enterprises and has experienced great success as a B2B Sales Director.
Wade earned his Bachelor degree in Communications at Robert Morris University and now resides in the Greater Pittsburg area with his family.Client Relations Manager
Kenia joined the IMMERGE team in Miami and has been with the company since October of 2014. She has grown with the company as a part of our compliance and operations team. Kenia has worked closely with both telecom and energy campaigns. As Client Relations Manager Kenia works closely with both clients and corporate departments to support the successful launch and ongoing management of sales teams.
Kenia attended Miami Dade College where she studied business management. Prior to her employment with IMMERGE, Kenia held a leadership position with Wells Fargo where she developed and honed her management and sales skills.
Kenia’s family moved to Miami from the Island of Cuba when she was eight years old. Growing up in Miami, her passions include boating, tennis and traveling. In her travels she enjoys meeting new people and learning about their culture. Kenia currently knows 3 languages and hopes to continue to add to the list.National Consultant
As National Conmsultant for IMMERGE, Edward manages all retail relationships from planning, launch and successfully meeting the client’s expectations while growing and nurturing our forward facing retail relationships with some of the largest national big box stores.
Prior to coming to Immerge, Edward was a Director with 2020 Companies building the retail event marketing division for them. Primarily focused on building a successful 6-year relationship with Vonage, growing it from a small 19 mall kiosk campaign into a $22.5 million retail and event marketing premier partner. He was also intimately involved with establishing and growing its relationship with Best Buy managing the first retail campaign for them while helping 2020 Companies navigate its way through the complex Best Buy vendor management system. In 2013 he took the lead on the national retail expansion of Vonage into over 800 Walmart, Sears and Kmart stores.
His early career was spent at Locus Telecom where he helped develop and manage the first MVNO relationship ever with AT&T (formerly Cingular Wireless). He also spent time managing a successful POSA (Point of Sale Activation) network for Locus Telecom growing baseline revenue to over $122 million.
Edward is a veteran serving his country in the U.S. Army from 1985-1989.
